How to Puff
Bring fryer oil to 375° and cook puff for approx. 6-8 min, until golden brown. The puff will float when done.
Brush both sides of the puff lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Convection: 425˚ for approx. 12-15 min. Conventional: 450˚ for approx. 15-17 min.
Brush both sides of the puff lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Cover in foil & grill for approx. 15 min. Uncover, grill until browned.
Place puff inside accompanying microwave sleeve and cook for 3 min on high.
Brush both sides of the puff lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking. Cook in fryer at 375° for approx. 12-15 min, until golden brown.
